New Carter, your AI Sales Manager, is available now

Give your managers their week back.

Digital Colleague takes the repetitive half of management off their plate: chasing updates, writing status reports, prepping meetings and following up. Governed AI colleagues that live in Microsoft Teams, work on a steady rhythm, and ask before anything that matters. You keep the final yes.

  • Lives in Microsoft Teams
  • Approve or decline anything sensitive
  • Every action audited
Animated example of a chat with Carter in Microsoft Teams. On Monday at 08:30 Carter posts the weekly pipeline read: 42 of 42 open deals read, open pipeline, weighted pipeline and coverage against target. He flags three deals that have gone quiet under the 14-day no-activity rule, with the owner and a suggested next step for each. The sales leader asks him to draft a follow-up for one deal. Carter drafts the email from the rep's last call notes and shows an approval card with Approve and Decline. The leader approves; Carter sends it, logs a note in HubSpot, and records the approval in the audit trail. All names and figures are illustrative.

Carter Revenue · AI Sales Manager

The repetitive half of running a sales team, handled, including coaching every rep. So you get hours back every week to lead.

Sales managers lose most of their week to the same work: chasing reps for updates, prepping the pipeline review and forecast, briefing for customer meetings, keeping the CRM honest, and finding time to coach every rep. Carter takes that off your plate. He checks in with each rep every week, coaches them on their deals, preps your 1:1s and drafts the quarterly reviews. He supports your reps, never polices them, and you make every call on people and performance.

Control

It stays on the rails. You keep the final yes.

The task is the easy part. Control is the hard part. Carter makes the small, repeatable decisions inside the rails you set, and recommends on the big ones. Here is exactly where the line sits.

  • Approve or decline, in Teams

Anything set to "Ask me first" arrives as a card with what, why and a preview. Approve runs exactly what you saw, once. Decline runs nothing.

  • Everything audited

Every tool call, message, approval and setting change is recorded, so you can always see who did what, and why.

  • Works inside your Microsoft 365

Your admin approves exactly what Carter can reach. He works in your Teams, Outlook and SharePoint, with your rules.

  • Hard walls between companies

Each company's data is walled off at the database level and encrypted with its own key. Nothing crosses between customers.

  • Never invents a number

Carter shows where every number came from. If data is missing, he says so. If a rep's number differs from the CRM, he shows both.

  • Emails are information, not orders

Content from email, the CRM and documents is treated as data, never as instructions. Risky actions are enforced outside the AI.

The number it moves

Tied to a number. On the record from day one.

Carter is measured on what he directly controls. He keeps a record of every run from day one, and results tracking for these numbers is arriving during the pilot.

    Built from practice

Built from how we run our own leadership team.

Each colleague's rhythm and playbooks come from how Veraqor's own leaders work, turned into software any company can switch on: governed, with humans in control at every step.

    • Carter's starter playbooks were generalised from the ones our own sales leadership uses.
    • Veraqor runs Carter on its own sales team in the private pilot.
    • Same product, rails, approvals and audit trail as every customer gets.
    FAQ

    Questions, answered.

Where does our data live, and who can see it?

Carter runs on Microsoft Azure, operated by Veraqor. During the pilot, everything is stored in a single US region. Each company's data sits behind its own wall at the database level, and connection tokens are encrypted with a key unique to your company.

Inside your company, roles decide what people see: for example, your IT admin can manage connections and the audit log without seeing deal content.

How does it work with Microsoft 365, and what does IT need to do?

Your Microsoft 365 admin approves Carter for your organisation once, which shows exactly which permissions he gets. Then they add the Carter app to Teams, which takes a couple of minutes with our guided page. Sign-in uses your normal Microsoft work accounts.

What can Carter do without asking me?

You choose. Every action Carter can take is set to Carter can do it alone, Ask me first, or Never. Anything set to "Ask me first" comes to you as an approval card in Teams with a preview; approving runs exactly what you saw, once. Some actions are always off, such as deleting records or changing permissions.

    Is everything recorded?

Yes. Every tool call, outbound message, approval, sign-off and setting change goes into an audit log your admin can review. Every scheduled run also leaves a record of what Carter read, produced and delivered.

Which CRM does Carter work with?

HubSpot today, alongside Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. If you run a different CRM, tell us: it helps us decide what comes next.

    Which languages does it speak?

English now. Arabic is coming, with full right-to-left support in Teams and on the website, chosen per person.

Could someone trick Carter through an email or a CRM note?

Carter treats everything he reads in emails, the CRM and documents as information, never as instructions. Only you and the playbooks you have signed off tell him what to do, and risky actions are checked by rules outside the AI before anything is sent.

When will the other colleagues be available?

Carter is first. Ariana, Olivia, Rohan, Marcus, Sven and Yasmin are coming soon, all built on the same governed engine. Tell us which one you need.

    What does it cost?

A monthly price per colleague, with a usage allowance included. We are in a private pilot by invitation, and pricing will be announced. See pricing and the pilot.

Give your managers their week back.

Set up Carter yourself, let him interview you in Teams, and get his first pipeline read the same day.
